Some things are inevitable like old age, health issues, and disability. Try as we might, there will come a time in our lives when our health is compromised by these but it doesn’t mean that everything that we live for and cherish will come to an end. There are better, more hopeful options to face the inevitable when it comes to our health. At Affinity Healthcare Center, we help you face the battle while preserving your dignity, privacy and independence to the most that we can.
Affinity Healthcare Center is a privately-owned nursing care facility that provides custodial care, therapy services, lab services and other clinical programs. Medical services offered at the center are state-of-the-art and are kept abreast with the latest in healthcare technology. In pursuit of continuously providing our residents with outstanding care, we employ a staff of nurses, therapists, aides and healthcare professionals. As one unit, we work together to collectively give the residents at Affinity Healthcare Center a peaceful, safe and comfortable place to receive treatment for their health.
Even when it’s inevitable, there’s a way to manage around your difficulties with health. It all lies in the people who are willing to give you the time and attention so you can get no less than the quality of care you deserve.
A house is a building… a home is what is created inside that house. Affinity Healthcare Center (PMNC) understands that bricks and mortar don’t make a home; it is the interaction between people that create a sense of ‘home’.
In order to do this successfully, we have to attract, hire, retain and deserve the best people. Your loved one’s healthcare team may include:
- A Doctor
- Registered Dietitians
- Social Service Workers
- Activities Coordinators; and
They will develop a personalized care plan to fit your loved one’s specific needs. Certified nursing assistants are also trained to provide round-the-clock personal attention when needed. The plan may include rehabilitative care, medical care, social support, dietary planning and personal care, as well as Alzheimer’s care if your loved one needs it.
